Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of the Resonate application by HGAB Studios team members, contractors, and invited clients. By using Resonate, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for authorized agency work.
Use of the App
Resonate is provided to manage creative agency operations, including projects, tasks, deliverables, approvals, invoices, payments, labor tracking, client records, and related communication.
Account Access
Users must sign in with an approved account and may only access information they are authorized to view. HGAB Studios team accounts may use Google sign-in. Client accounts may be created through approved client portal access flows.
Client Portal
Client portal access may expose selected project updates, approvals, deliverables, comments, and other client-facing information. Internal financial, labor, and operational information remains restricted unless explicitly made available.
AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is intended to help with project planning, finance summaries, task organization, content generation, and workflow guidance. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them in client work or business decisions.
Third-Party Services
Resonate may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, cloud storage, and AI providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Changes
HGAB Studios may update these terms as the application evolves. Continued use of Resonate after updates means you accept the updated terms.
