Privacy Policy
Resonate is a creative agency command center used by HGAB Studios, its team members, and invited clients to manage projects, approvals, invoices, labor tracking, client communication, and related creative operations.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, profile role, client association, and login provider details. We also store project, task, deliverable, invoice, payment, labor, comment, and activity information that users add while working in the application.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the Resonate app, show relevant project and financial records, support client portals, help users collaborate, sync with connected services, and provide AI-assisted workflow support inside the application.
Connected Services
Resonate may connect with services such as Google sign-in, Google Cloud, Stripe, storage providers, and AI providers. These services are used only to support application features such as authentication, file handling, invoice syncing, and assistant responses.
Client-Facing Data
Some project information can be shown to invited clients through their client portal, including project status, deliverables, approvals, comments, and other updates marked for client visibility.
Data Protection
We use access controls, trusted authentication, and server-side authorization checks to help protect account, project, financial, and client records. Users should only access information they are authorized to view.
